You are permitted to copy, print or download if you want to, any textual or graphic material for your personal use only, provided you do not change, amend, modify or delete any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices.

You agree not to share and/or resell to anyone, whether paid or unpaid, any portion of the product/services, or access of the product/services.

Disclaimer

The information, materials or statements available on our website and our products may contain technical inaccuracies, errors or mistakes. We owe no duty to compensate you, however, we will seek our best efforts to make changes or improvement to the information, statements or materials on our website or products from time to time without notice.

Termination

FAN Learning may terminate your subscription at any time, without penalty and without giving you notice, if you fail to comply with the terms of this Agreement, or upon delinquent payment problems, or if you have provided any false or incomplete information to FAN Learning, or if it is in the opinion of FAN Learning or any regulatory body that it is not in the public interest to continue providing service to you for any reason.

As long as you have started accessing our product, FAN Learning will not provide a refund should a termination by done by either party. Should a termination be effected before you have started accessing our product, FAN Learning may provide a refund of 80% of the amount paid, to take into account costs such as administrative fee.
